What is PIXLINK?
PIXLINK allows you to backup, share and publish photos and videos from your mobile phone, all with a single click. Just snap a photo or capture a video, and PIXLINK will handle all the rest. Once captured, PIXLINK categorizes your media automatically according to date of capture, and makes uploading to your secure online account, sharing with your contacts and publishing to your favorite websites as easy as pie.

How can I use PIXLINK?

To use PIXLINK,
- you Need to be a Globe Prepaid or Postpaid subscriber.
- Have a supported mobile phone. If you don’t have a supported phone, you can still use the PIXLINK website to upload and share media with your friends and family.

How do I register for PIXLINK?

Registering for PIXLINK is easy. Just visit www.pixlink.com.ph follow the instructions as mentioned. You can also register from your mobile phone by sending PIXLINK to 2988 to obtain a link to the WAP registration page.
PIXLINK is currently open to all Globe Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers only.

How many subscription options are available?

There are three (3) subscription offers available:

1. P30 for 1 day
2. P60 for 2 days
3. P120 for 5 days

What happens after my subscription has expired?

Once your subscription has expired, you cannot use the mobile client. You can, however, still use the web application for a period of 45 days from the day of expiry. You will be reminded to renew your subscription via SMS. After 45 days, your account and stored media will be deleted.

If my subscription has expired, can I still use PIXLINK?

Yes, but only your online web account. Your mobile client will get disabled until you renew your subscription.

What happen if I don’t purchase a new subscription?

After 45 days, your account and stored media will be deleted.

When I first launched PIXLINK, it displayed all my phone media in the media gallery. Does this mean all my phone media got automatically uploaded?

No, PIXLINK adds all your current media to the media gallery but does not automatically upload them.

How do I take a new photo or a video?

Just snap away with your mobile device’ camera. All your new media will get imported automatically into the PIXLINK media gallery.

How do I upload the newly captured photo or a video?

Whenever you capture a new media, you will be prompted automatically by the application to either choose:

* No. Don’t Upload (This option will not upload the captured media)
* Yes, Upload (This option will upload the captured media)
* Always Upload (This option will upload the captured media and any subsequent captured media without prompting you)
* No, Never Upload (This option will not upload the captured media or any subsequent captured media)
